Ac Hotel Venezia By Marriott – A Favorite for Families in Venice

The hotel holds Green Key Certification for its sustainable practices, including Culligan filtered water stations on each floor to reduce plastic waste. The property implements energy-efficient systems and eco-friendly initiatives across its 79 soundproof rooms. Guests can refill reusable bottles at the water stations rather than purchasing single-use plastic.

All 79 rooms include soundproof construction, air conditioning, and private bathrooms with bidets and free toiletries. The hotel offers wheelchair-accessible rooms with grab rails, raised toilets, lower bathroom sinks, and emergency cords in the bathroom. Family rooms are available, and the property provides facilities for disabled guests throughout.

The hotel sits 90 meters from La Fenice Theatre and 90 meters from Ca' d'Oro, with Rialto Bridge 2 kilometers away and St Mark's Basilica 2.9 kilometers away. It is a short walk from Piazzale Roma and Santa Lucia Railway Station, and the property has a parking garage for guests arriving by car or taxi (rare in central Venice). The ATVO airport bus stop is one minute away, and the People Mover and water bus stops are within easy reach.

The on-site bar and restaurant serves special diet menus, wine, and champagne, with continental and buffet breakfast available every morning. The AC Lounge provides a space for relaxation and socializing, and the coffee house on site offers snacks and beverages throughout the day. Guests can dine outdoors in the courtyard garden during warmer months.

The 24-hour front desk is staffed by multilingual personnel speaking German, English, Spanish, and French, who offer proactive customer care and personalized recommendations for exploring Venice. The hotel provides luggage storage, daily housekeeping, fax/photocopying services, and safety features including CCTV and smoke alarms. Family-friendly amenities include family rooms and a garden, with easy access to nearby attractions such as Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Basilica.
